Just had to share this...
Not only did my family & I enjoy a wonderful stay at the beautiful Tegal Sari Hotel in Ubud previously (nearly 2yrs ago!!), but I was trully touched today by their thoughtfulness at sending a Happy Birthday email to me.
We will be in Bali again soon & were disappointed that the Tegal Sari did not have any accommodation available at the time of our impending stay. (I partially blame myself for this since I placed a very flattering report on the internet regarding the hotel when we returned).
Their email today trully highlights their attentive thoughtfulness which was demonstrated on so many levels during our stay.
Their Happy Birthday email, really was the icing on the cake after a fabulous stay there!
