Personally, I wouldn't bother with Jimbaran Bay. Really in my opinion you are only paying for the "tourist attraction" of sitting on a beach to watch the sun go down and have a seafood meal. Not to forget the chairs sinking into the sand and the lack of lighting to see what you are actually eating.
There are many nice restaurants that face the ocean where you can have a meal and watch the sunset.
Obviously, not my cup of tea but it's a personal opinion and others like it.
