Most taxi drivers will take you to the surf outlets. It usually cost us about 15,000rp to get there from Kuta Square. Depending on where you're staying, don't get caught having to travel around that one way system.
The best one is SURF FACTORY OUTLET - JL By Pass Ngurah Rai 417B. This one has Rip Curl, Atticus, Rusty, No Fear and some other brands. It has a basement area with wallets, thongs, hats etc. There is also one next door which sells Quicksilver and various other brands.
Billabong - just down the road, within walking distance. By Pass Ngurah Rai 11G. Billabong stuff 30% - 70% off. They have everything. They also stock Von Zipper and a few other brands.
Surfer Girl Factory outlet - 50m doen Di Jl Dewi Sri which is near the Kuta Galeria. Up to 70% off Quicksilver, Roxy and Surfer Girl.
We also found another one JL Raya Kuta 56. I think this one stocked No Fear. Also had one over the road which stocked Mooks, Independant Stussy and more.
Tips - Just ask your taxi driver. They'll find one. Don't get the taxi man to wait for you, you'll be a long time.
Also don't buy up on your first visit. We went 3 times and each tie the had different stuff. Check all items for marks and stains etc.
