His beach-name is Mick and can easily be found; most of the "poor" beach-sellers have a Han-Pon and can contact him in minutes.
He is a large affable man from Kintamani and shows you a large book of samples first. Tell him you want "Sanskerta" and he'll see you OK for the two-week henna one. In Gang Pariwisata, from left of All Seasons to Sri Ratu there is a permanent tattoist if that's what you want.
