With all of the shopping advice and tips we gain from places like BTF we can manage to get some great deals. But spare a thought for those not so forrunate.
In September we shopped alot around the Melasti/Garlic lane area. On our first day out I came across an old lady who had very little stock to offer. Yet she still would open her store for 12 hours a day and smile! I remembered her from years passed. I was looking at some bags and had stopped to talk to her. "I not have" she said but come back tomorrow. So faithfully the next day I returned to buy said bag for 25 000rp. Made asked what else we needed? I ordered some Jim Beam Shirts at a good price and she said come back tomorrow. I came back the following day to pick them up. By the third day her store carried twice as much stock as before. Made seemed 10 years younger with a spring back in her step. It seems a little bit goes a long way. So keep an eye out for the forgotten ones and spread your dollar a little further!
