Hi im flying in to bali tomorow (cant wait) i have read the forum as much as time allows, its great, my question is how to safely negotiate my way to a taxi and do i have to negotiate the price? the hotel has just emailed me they can pick us up at the great rate of 1500000rph i recon thats a bit steep!! going to novotel nusa dua apartments. also would love to try a good spa experience with my husband any sugestions please??
