Owned by a Dutch Gay couple who I'm sure were in the restaurant business in Holland.Good Jazz at night. Would not recommend Grumpys sports bar as an eatery, nor the restaurant immediately to the left of the lagoon ( looking out to sea) as had lunch there last month and very ordinary.
The Watergarden is good and there is a German Bakery which looks like good food but it's out of the way if you are on Shanks Pony.
Forget Lotus - overpriced and ordinary.
Food at the Temple ( run by an Aussie named Shirley)is honest fare.
That's the extent of my Candi food knowledge.
