I too went to the safari park a couple of weeks ago and had read on here about the fact that they were drugged. I disagree. We had photo's taken with them and I too had a play with quite an alert tiger, so much so that the keeper suggested i be a bit careful! It was my most memorable experience. It was about 38degrees in the middle of the day, and even the animals on the safari tour were all sleeping!! As I have seen them all do at Taronga Zoo in the middle of the day. I have a moggy at home that sleeps 20hours a day too. Definately NOT drugged, very well taken care of if you ask me.
