You do get to use the Qantas club lounge in Australia and in any city overseas where there is a Qantas club lounge if you are flying jetstar. However, if the lounge is run by a partner airline, or any other group on behalf of Qantas, then you cannot access this lounge if flying Jetstar, unless you are flying Starclass. So enjoy it in Australia, and either hangout in the public areas, or be prepared to pay to access a lounge on the way back to Australia from Bali.
