I could get access with my Q club membership when flying Qantas, but if you fly jetstar you have to either be flying star class or the next one down. Either way its the fares that give you the points for flying. I know the jetsaver doesnt get you anything. If, however you are a Qantas Platinum Flyer you can get into another lounge if they have reciprocal arrangements with Qantas. And if you are platinum and here in Australia but not flying qantas or jetstar you can still get into the qantas club lounge.
