These will be ballpark, as I am just going off memory and history.
KTH can save a bit back with kitchen and large beer fridge, as you can self cater to a degree and bulk buy Bintang.
I get the feel that $20 a head for "reasonable" accomodation is probably the benchmark.
If you are happy to do without full aircon, hot water, international T.V. etc. you can shop around at places like Bakung Sari, and maybe get to around $15 a head, but no comparison really.
