How can you possibly make an informed decision by asking advice of completely uninformed people?
You make an informed decision by asking advice from people with real information. Not something somebody heard from a taxi driver or gossip and rumours which, right now, are flying everywhere. I could give you half a dozen rumours but they have no more substance than air.
It's like asking a resident of Kintamani who has never been to Kuta how to carry out a surf rescue and making an informed decision from that.
The Australian Government have more information than any Forum reader and they have warned against coming to Bali.
The poster is wanting confirmation that everything will be OK so others help them make their positive decision.
The decision is theirs alone to make.
