I paid into their bank account and hadn't heard for about 4 days, and the day I was leaving I had to ring and ask for my receipt to be emailed thru. They said it was no problem, you didn't need any paperwork on arrival anyway. It all turned out fine, although you do only get soft drinks in the lounge on arrival.
