that since my first Starclass booking with Jet* and having travelled at least 8 return flights to Melbourne since that the cost keeps creeping. My first flight cost me about $1400...it had other bonuses in that I have kept Qantas Gold so saved $350 or so on membership but it is now getting rdiculous and as I am a Garuda member now (fly alot domestic) I will no doubt like many frequent flyers swap my alliance but I will still save money by paying my Qantas Club and use my points to upgrade on long haul so I get a lie down on other sectors.
Even the advert that they will give a bonus voucher if you find a cheaper price is a joke because I can just imagine the horse trading on that one...you still don't get a discount but a voucher to use on Jet* in the next 6 months...as if!
Gaurda points can also be increased by staying at Sanur Beach Hotel and Senggigi Beach in Lombok and their swish Pool Villa Club for the extra treat.
