Airport arrival problems

The only problem is that they do not appear to have increased staff or looked at speeding up any systems in the arrival area for paying VOA. Friends arriving mid-afternoon on Sunday (about 4 flights in together) waited over 2 1/2 hours another lot just on 3 hours.
