I wanted to show some prospective buyers through the remaining villas the other day.
All the villas were booked out with excellent forward bookings. Some appeared to be occupied by families (extra beds would need to be added downstairs) the rest appeared to be couples.
I guess for about Au 50.00 a night per room, it is very cheap accom. I have looked through the apartments before and was impressed with the layout and fitout.
The apartments are across the road from the beach , behind Kalpatharu restaurant (anyone remember the great Reggae nights there in the old days??) and about a 5 min walk to the beach.
