I suggest that you go there and quote the prefix number I used and see what they say. I always buy sim cards there when I need them, and they are always helpful.
The amount of credit expires after a while but the sim card itself doesn't. So if you are a regular traveler to Bali you can keep the card and just recharge when you get there.
