Will just finish off with some of the best Bali things we did.
Martha Tillar: Stocked up on a years supply from Carrfore. They had it all in stock and I couldn't be bothered going to Supernova. Bought 21 year old daughter some, she has very sensitive skin and loves it.
Silver: Visited about 45 silver shops in Legian and Ubud and bought lots. Good prices and great quality.
Safari Park: Loved it, 4 over 45 year olds had a great day and will go again next year.
Meals: Not a bad meal had but a standout was Rib Warung at Sanur. Their Mojitos were to die for Buy 2 and get one free at happy hour and we got through 9 so stayed on for dinner and it was excellent, went back another night and it was just as good.
Bamu Bali Cooking School in Ubud. Went their for their 4 hour class one day 175000 from memory. Only the three of us and our first stop was Ubud markets for food. Have been to the markets many times and never knew that they local market is underneath the other market so was a real eye openeer. We helped cook several dishes, ate them all and then got a free dessert and drink to finish. Well worth the money.
Coffee Bean Cafe: makes great Chai Latte if you need your fix. I was craving one. Went to both the one near Matahari and the Centro one.
Bread Talk: I agree make the best bread and butter pudding and I had several over 20 days.
Dentist: Visited my local dentist and had two amalgam fillings replaced with lovely white ones. Cost $56 per tooth. Cost would be $300 per tooth here so very pleased with result and will get more done next time.
Cheers
