In the Local Bali paper today under, Making Indonesian skies Friendlier and safer; are a list of entitilements for delayed passengers flying on INDONESIAN AIRLINES delays 30-90min airline required to supply light refreshments; 90-180min airline sponsered meal, or transfers to an alternative flight operated by the airline OR COMPETING CARRIER (I can just see it with Garuda ); more than 3 hours or 180min compel the airline to offer accomodation to the standed passenger, these are suppose to be effective from TODAY??
