The dolphin lodge address is - Jl. Tukad Punggawa, Link. Br.Ponjok Kelurahan Serangan. It's between Sanur and Benoa Harbour.
I got someone from the hotel to ring and arrange the time etc. The price included pick up and return to the hotel.
