I remember an experience with a silver taxi years ago and I would never use them again due to the hassle and being blatently ripped off when we reached our destination.
Blue bird group does originate from Jakarta (having opened branches throughout major hubs in indonesia - one of the places obviously being Bali).
I don't think it matters who owns the company if you are recieving a reliable service, obviously all the bluebird drivers are not from Jakarta.
