your insurance? We have used our Gold CC all trips. Only ever made one claim and that was for a stolen purse/money/cc/etc from my pocket on the London underground. Was with Westpac, had a courier visit the next day with new cc and cash. Excellent service and on return to Australia also put a claim in for the leather purse and it was paid in full. I believe they were underwritten by Allianz, no longer use that cc.
