I have the April copy of the Bali Advertiser. The only reference I can find in there to slimming in Ubud is at the Sayan Aesthetic Institute. It states "Slimming and figure conturing" Dont know if it is the one you are looking for. It does mention that it is a one time treatment, no active drugs.
