Spoke to the agent on Friday and she was looking in to it for us . Never heard back. Called in to the travel agent on Sat only to find it was her day off. Spoke to one of the other girls and she new about our circumstances and I asked why we had't been called back her reply was that they were very buy and were'nt able to get through to Qantas on Friday. We have payed for our flight late Feb. You would think that qantas would be getting in touch with the travel agents to advise with the changes occurring. We also have a domestic flight from Adel to Perth so these all need to aline with each other. My husband has't been well now he is stressing about this problem. We did the Adel to Melb qantas then Garuda last year. but were advised to give the Perth trip ago. Now I wish we hadn't. Qantas better come up with a good option that is not going to cost us any more money other wise they better watch out.
