When I left Bali in May after getting thru customs I found a bookshop in Duty free area which had quite a few balinese cookbooks..anyway I ended up buying two and I just made Balinese Lamb stew tonight (very nice)
If your interested next time you leave Bali check them out The one I brought was called
BALI UNVEILED The Secrets of Balinese Cuisine by Heinz Von Holzen who owns Bumbu Bali...I have not been to this cooking school but found the receipes great.... about 300,000rp it cost me
