"Minahasa" is from North Sulawesi (Manado).
I am Chairman of North Sulawesi Tourism Organisation and although the name escapes me, there is an authentic Manadonese (Minahasa Cuisine) Restaurant in Bali - on Jl. Legian heading towards Seminyak on right-hand side attached to accommodation venue. I was introduced to it by a Manadonese friend just before moving to North Sulawesi in January last year.
There are no "Batak" Restaurants here in North Sulawesi, but many "RM Minahasa" (Minahasan Restaurant). At my resort we always feature Minahasan dishes on every menu and they are tremendously popular with our International guests.
Think there may be some "wires crossed" somewhere in this post.
