Yes we all have travel insurance. Umm....the hold up is because my boyfriend is not an australian citizan but indeed an australian permanent, he is from UK and has a UK passport, but it expired, now the Canberra ebassy is giving him hassles =( they want all this extra stuff in which he already provided, seems nothing is good enough... -(
