Once in Bali source the same phone and then you can be sure that you are getting it cheaper or dearer. Another way is to find the phone you want in Bali, go to an internet cafe and check the prices then. Regarding guarantees/warantees, you probably haven't got one but then if something goes wrong with your phone you'd probably update anyway or get it fixed at a weekend market or return to Bali, any excuse. You will have to use an adaptor for the charger of course. Phones can be purchased at Electricity City on the top of the Discovery Mall, Carrefour and at about 100 other stores in Denpasar, ask any driver and you will be amazed at the number of shops (not stalls) selling them as you enter Denpasar.
