importing goods customs will normally let you clear your first shipment but it is easier to use a broker as you can clear the goods the same then go with your documents to freight co and pick them up if you are getting goods sent make sure they arrive on weekday so you do not incurr storage costs. I used airfreight for shoes on 3 shipments it was quick and not financially viable, cheaper if you bring in I think from memory over 50kg the rate drops.
