It will be very hard or almost impossible to get availability at popular hotels especially if you have special requests with such short notice.
Beachfront hotels would be the first preference to be booked out. If you don't mind staying a short distance from the beachfront you may have some luck...bookings for accommodation at Bali have been well in advance.
Good luck..Have you tried 'Rates to go' This is another online agency for accommodation bookings. I have used them in the past and they were good, you pay the first night accommodation online with credit card and then on arrival when you check in you pay the remaining balance to reception.
