You can book the upstairs section which has twin beds, with ensuite and balcony and is I recall us$100.
Downstairs has bedroom with queen or king bed, ensuite, lounge, dining, kitchen and pool. Its us$150 per night.
The entire villa is us$250 per night.
Its really lovely too.
There is a one bedroom villa being built alongside and it should be almost finished now too.
There is an entrance to the villas off Monkey Forest Rd, and TS guests are welcome to use this paved pathway as well.
