sponsor a child help please

I am wanting to sponsor a childs education in Bali. I remember something about it being organised thru rotary but on doing a search of the forum it brought up lots of posts. Was wanting contact details of places/organisations that will do it and peoples experiences with the whole sponsorship idea.(are they happy, etc) thanks
