If you are looking for scuba divers try the Laghawa Beach inn Sanur their swimming pool is full of them!!! We were unlucky enough to stay there last month and the owners have let out the pool to a Diving school come tour crowd on a very long lease and you simply cannot get in or around the pool most days, not only that but they have broken all the tiles with their heavy tanks and quite a few of us poor guests ended up with cuts to feet and hands. Management were unconcerned. So if you wan,t a quiet peaceful holiday around a nice pool go elsewhere is my advice.If you wan,t to learn to dive stay there.
