I do agree that it doesnt really matter where they come from, but from my own personal experiences in the past when in such a place like Nusa Dua I have had drivers coming from other areas like Kuta and denpasar who have been running late, up to 45 mins due to traffic congestion in the mornings.
This has been a pain when you have planned to meet or have organised something for a set time and the driver is caught in traffic.
We have a new villa in Nusa Dua and if I find a couple of good local drivers I would leave their names in the villa for any rentals to take advantage of whilst staying there.
Also It is good to support the local village if you can.
We are heading to Nusa on the 7th July till 5 aug, when are you going and where are you staying.
