We stayed there last year and thought it was a lovely place. it is in a very conveniant location,easy to walk to the main streets of Ubud.
the rooms are very clean and well set out and the facilities generally are great
BUT the property is very small and if you are after peace and quiet what you get will be dependant upon your fellow guests The noise from each room travelled quite a lot and it was impossible not to hear the conversations of others.
that said it would be a great place to book if you had a large group and other than this lack of privacy we had no complaints
