On my last interstate trip, I arrived at my destination and after 40 mins of watching the carosuel go round, I was informed that my bag (only 10kg and small in size) was left behind at our departure point along with ten other bags...their reasoning was that their was too much luggage on the flight, the attendant was telling me this as others were unloading their numerous boxes, surfboards, and large luggage bags, mind you our flight apparently had a restricted one piece per person, no exemptions. Corruption is just as rampad in Aus.
So next time you slyly pay someone to accept your extra luggage plz think of the person who gets to the other end only to be informed that their luggage has been left behind.
