general idea. Most meals off the street carts are 5,000rp for your basic mie and nasi goring, bakso type soups etc.I have lunch off the carts everyday and have never got the dreaded bali belly. The next step up is your inexpensive warungs which will charge between 10,000 and 20,000 for the above. Most of your medium priced warungs and restaurants will charge 25,000 to 35,000 for the above type of meals. And your more expensive restaurants will charge around 50,000 for the above. Then there is ku da ta and that type of restaurant that basially charge the same prices as in australia.Bintangs and cokes will cost from 10,000 to 15,000.Fruit drinks same as bintangs.Basically you will eat like a king for next to nothing.have fun.A few street carts to try if you are game are,jl padma and beach road(thats where all the taxi drivers congrigate, under large banyan tree behind sammi and susies.50 mtrs south of s&s is a beach cart that does bakso ayam @5,000.and 25 mtrs south of s&s is a fruit cart that will do a fruit platter to feed 2 people for 15,000
