hello, with the milton tablets although not recomended here for use much anymore, i sterilised the bottles and feeding stuff, i used bottle water you can get big containers at supermarket, and i would refresh the water and the miltons every day no longer the 12 hours. and once sterilised make sure you dont rinse in tap water. get a bucket from the supermaket too. you can get large variety of heinz babyfood in jars, crackers etc also and bananas and fruit from the supermarket. my little one ate lots of rice and mangoes also ;). we foudn a fantastic babsitter and still use her 12 hours a day and leave him with her for long streches gradually, we trust her wholehaertedly after using her many times however i can not recomend her as she wont work for other families after not being paid by some families at the end of the holiday, you can go through agencies and you can send them back if you dont get a good feeling and they will send you another one, you expect to pay roughly 35$ for 8 hours and then after that its a little more per hour. happy to answer any more questions touch wood we have never and our little one has never been sick with anything with over 30 visits to bali :)
