To obtain a 60 Day Visa, you need:
• $A60.00 Money Order payable to the Embassy of Indonesia;
• Two completed Visa Application Forms (the form can be downloaded from the website for the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra);
• A valid passport with at least 12 months validity;
• Two passport photographs;
• An itinerary;
. A self addressed registered envelope; and
• Evidence of a return ticket.
All of the above should be sent to your nearest Indonesian Embassy or Consulate by registered mail.
