book with ABL for my Ubud accomodation two weeks ago. This was my third time. Maybe not as prompt as Asia rooms but have not encountered any problems with the bookings. Usually uses Asia rooms but price quoted for this hotel was better with ABL. I did not have any problems checking in, reception just took a look at the voucher and that's it.
