I am sure you wont even have to worry about keeping them entertained when you get to Bali, as you will find there is so much to do. I would suggest that they do the buggy ride (those 4-wheelers you can thrash around the mud and tracks) and watersports (parasailing, jetskiing etc). The suggestions you have already are fantastic so just add those to the list and off you go. Amed is fantastic for diving by the way (if you dont want them to trek off to one of the islands that is).
