The persons name on the account, the account number, the persons address, the swift code, the reason for the transfer, the banks address.
The fee will depend on your bank and is for each transaction. The amount of the transaction depends on your limit to transfer at the bank.
We have used the Commonwealth to BCA Bank and the fee is $22.00 each time.
We thought we had the wrong bank address because it went to the head office in Jakarta first before being transferred to Bali.
