Arrived home Saturday and apart from getting a rotten cold the last two days of holidays(and still suffering)had a terrific time.Back to work Wednesday.

Four women on the loose!!
Flew with Qantas and the flight was great. Arrived Bali and had no problems paying visa tax and getting through customs.
Took Taxi to Kumala Pantai 55,000rp. Unpacked and because we arrived
at 12.45a.m decided to go straight to bed. Unfortunately my friend and I couldn't sleep so we sat on our balcony and had a few vodkas
It was 4.30a.m. before we realised and stumbled into bed.

Awoke about 8.30 and I was not feeling to crash hot.
Did the usual brekky thing and then onto supermarket
to get supplies and get XL sim card for mobile 110,00rp including
credit. I still have about 80,000rp left on card I did try to use it up It just seems to go on forever.

Changed money in Rum Jungle road towards Jl Legian on LHS .
Over the 2 weeks we had dinner at Lanai,Seaside,Zanzibar on the Beach front
Yutz, Flying Piano on Rum Jungle . Ocean Beach Rest and Club(Fabulous Fire twirling show every night)Had terrific Sunday
roast at Bali Aussie in Melasti St.It was great to catch up with our friend Made who was helping out at Bali Aussie.
Went to Bubba Gumps also. the atmosphere was great although a little
expensive for Bali standards I felt. Cost $33 each for cocktail and
main meal.
Had lunch at Bali Colida(beach side at Centro) IndoNational,Legends,
Bali Beach Shack. All in all the food was great.

One night my friend and I were coming back from a shopping excursion
around 9.30pm happily walking down Garlic Lane when we came across
Hulu's. Guys outside inviting us in for the show. We said why not.
It was an experience and a real laugh.

Had our usual Chocolate chip drink from Starbucks, Fabulous.
Massage at Briella. Decided to try Eden Green and was really pleased
so went back several times for massages, pedicure, manicure, french manicure. So great to pamper oneself.

Shopping- Ah Had 3 pairs of work pants made from Janoko was not really impressed with their work ethic, pants are Ok but friends were terrible. Must admit though other friend had a suit made(skirt and jacket) and that was quite nice, just makes me wonder how they can make some things properly and not others.
Decided to go to Putu at Bali Brumby for the polo shirts I wanted made and screen printed.($15 each) He did a fabulous job. Friends daughter had a pair of wedge shoes and long wedge boots made at Bali Brumby and they turned fantastic she was really pleased. $150aus for both.

Visited Wayan as usual great selection and quality
clothing.
Went to Carrefour, bought 4 pairs of socks not much else interested me.Did check out MT products but not the entire range there and girls in store didn't understand what I wanted.
Did the Denpasar trip, Robinson's,Matahari's and Ramayana
Purchased entire MT over 40's range at Ramayana.Plus got free make
up bag to boot.
Went to Animale factory with friends one of which is on the large size I bought lovely white linen 3/4 pants
$16aus yes girls they do have small sizes as well as large and prices are cheaper that the store in Kuta Square
Bought the lovely chain watches from the guy on the RHS outside Matahari's (the back entrance) He was lovely.
Friend bought Pandora charms from guy outside Matahari's main entrance . I think she paid about $7 each.
AFL shop- bought no 1 son his Collingwood shirt 75,000rp

Visited the Safari Park. The animals are gorgeous. Went on the camel ride, saw the elephant show and elephant bathing.Did the Safari tour had a really great guide. Lunch in the restaurant, which was really nice.
Went to Jimbayan Bay, but during the day, interesting to see the planes landing and all the restaurants along the strip getting ready for the nightly surge of tourists.

Had a fab night on the beach with friends and Bali friend Made.
He managed to get us some f***ks which he assured us was OK
We had drinks, nibblies and a night to remember.

Last but not least the Kumala Pantai was lovely, really enjoyed the hotel especially the new section.(which we were in, 1st floor)
There were alot of lounge hogs which really P***d me off
There were 2 very large groups of guests staying there which made the hotel somewhat noisy on occasions.
All in all 4 women on the loose had a fab time ,met lot's of great people and made lasting friendships. Thanks everyone
