Once you have made your booking Shazza, and it is paid for in full, your travel agent will send your booking to the airline for ticketing and the airline will issue your ticket. The ticket will be issued as an E-TICKET (electronic ticket) and the details of the ticket are stored in the computer system of the airline. The agent should then be able to send you your E-TICKET by email which will have a link to your ticket which you click on to print your ticket. I would be checking with the agent again as, if you have paid for you booking, the ticket should be available. This is how I send e-tickets to all my clients.
