We never had a problem with towels or toilet paper, friends that were also staying there, sometimes there cleaners seemed forgetful on various days (rooms were always spotless), but in saying it was only a phone call and there towels and toilet paper were replaced, The bacon was simply an observation of past years as the egg man always had the bacon and was a personal joke between my husband and myself (sorry i didn't make that clear)- because in bali he always got bacon and eggs not just on Sunday like here at home which is our sleep in lazy day - i wasn't knocking the Melasti we always stay there and have done for the last 4/5 years i was simply pointing out some simple changes/observations that i made. we love the Melasti and will be back there in Aug/Sept. I apologise if you thought i was knocking the Melasti we love it there and have never any any problems the staff that we have come to know over the years are all lovely people.
