Reading from Jeststar's baggage allowance conditions, the only restriction for size must apply to surf boards and the like - 2metres on Airbus A320 and 2.9 on Airbus 330. The only other mention is for USA where no single item should exceed 158cm (62inches). The main condition is that the case should not exceed 20kg.
