When I was flying out of Bali in February this year, I reached the third of Jetstars four security checks.
They insisted that another passenger's duty free alcohol (bought at the Duty Free Shop at Bali Airport) was not allowed on board. The passenger then duly drank his bottle of alcohol on the spot.
I was lucky as they only confiscated my bottle of water. My duty free alcohol (purchased in Australia) was in my checked in luggage, though the Jetstar security guard at the second security check was unhappy with that, he eventually let it through.
