If you are in Australia, using an Australian prepaid sim card, to dial Bali, use
0011 62 drop the next zero, then the mobile number
0011 = +
so you could also use + 62 ......
if the Bali mobile number was 081 91 2344 567
you would dial 0011 62 81 91 2344 567
or + 62 81 91 2344 567
If you are in Aus and trying to use a Bali sim card, then the sim card may need International roaming before you can call Bali.
