Like you I pay for my bali trips using westpac visa so we get free travel insurance. I'ts really not worth going elsewhere just to save the $50 fee for a pre existing condition clearance. I would imagine that other insurance companies would require you to declare any pre existing condition anyway so you end up paying $100 plus and possibly a pre existing fee on top. stick with your present arrangment.
