I did the afternoon cooking class at the Anika Guesthouse in March, and it was fantastic. They also do the morning class with market tour but as I didn't want to get up that early and had already done a market tour opted for the afternon. Was a good idea as there were only the 2 of us (sal from here also did it) so we got try our hand at everything, even grinding the spices. What hard work. The instructor was so helpful as there weere just the 2 of us we could ask lots of questions. We cooked and then ate what we cooked, 8 dishes in all. Different menus each day. We did it on a Monday afternoon so I finally got to try black sticky rice pudding and also found out why some sweet dishes are green - pandanus. have a look at the website. I think it is anikacookingclass.com Prices vary depending on where you book. I got a great price as I booked through New Horizons, my travel wholesaler. Anika also have a great spa nearby. We also checked out the rooms at the guesthouse. Hope this helps. You will have a great time. Cheers, Stormy
